Return and Exchange Policy
No returns or exchanges for sold items unless:
- If there’s an error in the order from our side, the company will bear all shipping costs for return and resending the correct order without any expense to the customer.
- If the order matches the customer’s request, the customer must bear all shipping costs for returning or exchanging the order within 2 days of receipt and notify us accordingly.
Customers are not entitled to a return or exchange if there is no damage to the product. All products are inspected before leaving the store.
Orders confirmed through the listed communication channels are subject to the aforementioned return and exchange policies.
Orders are shipped within 1 day of payment confirmation.
If an order is canceled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to the customer via their payment account.
Payment and Delivery
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
Orders are shipped from the store within 48 hours to all governorates of Oman, except Fridays.
What are the shipping and delivery costs?
The shipping/delivery cost is 2 OMR, with doorstep delivery to all governorates and wilayats in Oman, except Musandam, Masirah, and Al Wusta. The total shipping cost will appear on the payment page before completing the order. Additional charges may apply for orders exceeding one bag, payable in cash upon receipt.
Where are orders delivered?
Doorstep delivery is available for all governorates and wilayats of Oman, excluding remote areas.

What happens after payment?
Once payment is confirmed, the order is shipped through our approved delivery companies, and you will receive a message with your order number and status.
